B’har, Pt. 4: Lev. 25:25-28
In the Land, if you sold property, your relative could redeem it for you, or you got it back in the Yovel (Jubilee) year. We were born disinherited from the Kingdom by the brokenness of Creation, by the fall of Adam and Eve. Yeshua came as our kinsman-redeemer, to purchase our inheritance for us by His blood. Yahveh cannot be mocked (thwarted). His Creation was perfect, and will be renewed. We can walk in sin and brokenness by refusal and rebellion, or we can walk in holiness and renewal by salvation and receiving the Spirit. In the end, ALL will be made new (eternal Yovel).
